Transport options

Storage and luggage transport are separate services. Choose how your bags reach KK Plaza and how you want them returned. Swoot Car/MPV carries luggage only. If you need pickup, ask Staff to confirm the trip before paying for storage.

Car/MPV pickup: RM12 first 3 km + RM1.80/km, rounded up to 100 metres; maximum 30 kg subject to dimensions and safe loading. Return delivery is another trip. Airport transfer: RM59 one way between KKIA and KK city, RM118 for two one-way movements. You do not need to enter kilometres. Staff checks driving distance for each direction; fares and driver availability require confirmation. No extra surcharges are assumed.

Privacy and cancellation information

MixmaGo uses your contact details, item count and storage times to handle this request and booking updates. Card details are entered only on Stripe’s hosted checkout; MixmaGo does not store card details. Email confirmations use our configured email provider. Only include information needed for the service in notes. Opening a WhatsApp draft link shares its contents with WhatsApp; you choose whether to send the message.

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before booked check-in. Cancellation less than 12 hours before check-in is non-refundable unless MixmaGo cannot provide the booked service. A no-show after the booked storage period begins is non-refundable. Early luggage collection does not create a partial refund for unused time. Approved full refunds are recorded only after Stripe confirms success; bank/card settlement timing is outside MixmaGo’s control. Physical custody and financial refund status are separate. I have checked the contents of every bag. I am authorised to store these items, they comply with applicable Malaysian law, and none are prohibited by the MixmaGo stored-items policy.

We only create a short capacity hold while you complete checkout. If the payment is cancelled or times out, the hold is released. Pickup and delivery need a separate route quote; email us or message MixmaGo.
