Pickup to the MixmaGo hub
We can bring eligible bags to storage.
Pickup is arranged separately from storage. Email or message MixmaGo with your address and preferred time; we check the route, car capacity, driver and fare before accepting.

MixmaGo logs and tags each accepted item at Lot 1.17G, First Floor, KK Plaza. Storage starts after the items are checked in.

Pickup and return are priced as separate trips. The charge for each leg follows the same published Swoot local base-and-distance schedule.

How a request works
02 · Check the trip
MixmaGo confirms local coverage, safe car capacity and driver availability.
03 · Confirm the price
The sedan follows Swoot’s car/MPV rate: RM12 for the first 3 km, then RM1.80 per additional kilometre. Extra distance rounds up to 100 metres.
04 · Handover and record
The driver hands the bags to the named recipient or checks them in at the hub; MixmaGo confirms completion.
The Swoot car/MPV rate card allows up to 30 kg, subject to bag dimensions and safe loading. A quote is not a booking: MixmaGo confirms the driver, fare and handover details with you first.
Storage and delivery are separate.

The storage fee is charged separately for each item and its storage duration.
Local luggage trips by MixmaGo
Manual pickup and return delivery use the same local base-and-distance price basis as Swoot. Each direction is a separate trip.
