How storage rates and separate provider quotes will be presented.
Is storage priced per item?
Yes. Standard rates are RM15 for 1–4 hours, RM20 for 5–12 hours and RM25 for 13–24 hours. Four or more items are RM22 per item for 13–24 hours; shorter stays use the standard rates.
Are pickup and return delivery included in storage?
No. Each local luggage trip is separate. Sedan trips use Swoot’s car/MPV rate: RM12 for the first 3 km, then RM1.80 per additional kilometre, rounded up to 100 metres. Pickup and later return are separate trips.
When is a delivery price confirmed?
Message MixmaGo with both addresses and bag details. We confirm route coverage, driver availability and the calculated one-way fare before accepting the trip.
How are airport transfers priced?
RM59 per car, one way, is the approved KKIA-to-KK-city sedan fare. A return is two one-way trips at RM118. Pay online for the city fare. Driver details follow after assignment. Outside-city routes require a custom quote.
How is extra time charged?
After the first 24 hours, extra time is prorated at RM20 per item for each 24-hour period. The maximum standard stay is seven days.
