Standard rates per item: RM15 for 1–4 hours, RM20 for 5–12 hours and RM25 for 13–24 hours. After 24 hours, extra time is prorated at RM20 per item per 24 hours. Four or more items cost RM22 per item for 13–24 hours; shorter stays use the standard rates.
Suitcases, backpacks, travel bags and boxes are accepted if they fit safely in our space. Contact us first about unusually large items.
MixmaGo is at Lot 1.17G, First Floor, KK Plaza, Jalan Lapan Belas, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We are open every day, 9am–8pm.
Yes. Overnight storage is available. The maximum standard stay is seven days.
We cannot store illegal or dangerous goods, perishables, live animals or valuables such as cash, jewellery, passports and electronics.
Use /book to choose your exact check-in and collection times and item count. The site checks available storage space and calculates the storage price. Pay on Stripe Checkout; your booking is confirmed only after Stripe verifies payment. Available space is confirmed during checkout. Pickup and delivery need a separate route quote.

When MixmaGo opens, eligible local trips can be requested by WhatsApp without waiting for Swoot online booking. MixmaGo confirms each driver and route before accepting.
The sedan follows Swoot’s car/MPV rate: RM12 for the first 3 km, then RM1.80 per additional kilometre, rounded up to 100 metres. Each direction is a separate trip. The rate card lists a 30 kg load limit, subject to dimensions and safe loading.
No. Storage and each pickup or delivery trip are charged separately.
Use the airport transfer form. KKIA–KK city costs RM59 one way or RM118 return per sedan. Submit your journey details and pay securely. Outside-city requests go to Staff for a custom quote.
MixmaGo assigns an approved operator after payment and sends you the driver’s contact and vehicle details.
No. Submitting creates a request reference. Verified Stripe payment confirms a city transfer booking; driver details follow after assignment. Outside-city requests require a custom quote and are not paid online at the city fare.

The storage rates shown are the current MixmaGo rates. Availability and the final total are checked during booking.
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before check-in. Later cancellation is non-refundable unless MixmaGo cannot provide the booked service. No-shows after the booked period begins are non-refundable. Early collection does not create a partial refund. Read the storage cancellation terms before payment.
