Suitcases, backpacks, travel bags and boxes are accepted if they fit safely in our storage space. Ask us first about unusually large items.

Leave your luggage with us between checkout and your next departure.
Overnight stays
Store items overnight, with rates calculated from your storage duration.
Up to seven days
The standard maximum storage period is seven days. Contact us ahead of time if you need longer.

Confirm space at KK Plaza before visiting. After the first 24 hours, extra time is prorated at RM20 per item per 24 hours.

Check in your items
Staff attach a numbered tag to each item and give you a matching receipt.
Return and collect
Bring your collection receipt during opening hours. Collection is by the booking owner.

Before storing
- Keep valuables, cash, jewellery, passports and electronics with you.
- We cannot store illegal or dangerous goods, perishables or live animals.
- Items must fit safely in our storage space.
- Staff give you a matching collection receipt for every tagged item.
