Online booking, payment and driver assignment
Pay securely during online booking. Staff assigns your driver and emails their contact and vehicle details after payment. RM59 one way; RM118 return. Payment is confirmed only after Stripe verification, not a browser return. Outside-area routes require a separate manual quote. Up to four passengers per sedan, subject to safe luggage fit; disclose bag sizes and special requirements.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation received at least 24 hours before the scheduled first pickup qualifies for a full refund. Within 24 hours, management reviews the request; no automatic charge or refund denial applies. If MixmaGo or the accepted driver cannot provide an entirely unperformed journey, a full refund applies. Refund completion is recorded only after Stripe confirms success; bank settlement timing varies.
Return journeys
Each leg of the RM118 return fare represents RM59. If one leg is completed and the other cannot be provided, the unperformed RM59 component is eligible for refund. Completed journeys remain recorded and are not cancelled retroactively.
Delays, changes and no-shows
Contact MixmaGo about flight delays or time changes. Staff must reconfirm driver availability. No undisclosed waiting, extra-stop, night or flight-delay surcharge applies. Material changes require your acceptance before additional payment is requested. Staff records driver arrival, contact attempts, times and evidence before a no-show review. No automatic no-show penalty applies without an approved disclosed rule.
