Airport taxi or private transfer?
Compare the whole journey
Compare a taxi quote or transport-platform offer with a pre-booked private transfer for the same route, date, passenger count and luggage. Check waiting terms, vehicle fit, cancellation and the exact meeting point. MIXMAGO offers a pre-booked sedan transfer; this is not a claim to operate the airport taxi queue.
BKI / KKIA airport transfers
KKIA/BKI ↔ KK city: RM59 one way or RM118 return per sedan. Up to four passengers, subject to safe seating and luggage fit. Book at least 35 minutes before travel; provide flight details, city address and bag sizes. City trips use online Stripe payment. Verified payment confirms the booking; driver and vehicle details follow by email before pickup. Outside-city routes require a separate quote. Confirm the meeting point with MIXMAGO; no terminal desk or universal meet-and-greet is promised.

Cancellation received at least 24 hours before the first pickup qualifies for a full refund. Within 24 hours, management reviews the request; no automatic penalty applies. If MIXMAGO or the accepted driver cannot provide an entirely unperformed journey, a full refund applies. Each return leg represents RM59; an unperformed leg is eligible for refund if the other has been completed. Refund completion requires Stripe confirmation. Contact us about flight changes; availability must be reconfirmed. No undisclosed waiting, extra-stop, night or flight-delay surcharge applies. Material changes need your acceptance before extra payment. Staff records arrival/contact evidence before a no-show review; no automatic no-show penalty applies without an approved disclosed rule. Keep your MGT reference and private access. A delayed email does not cancel a paid transfer. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights remain.
