KKIA/BKI ↔ KK city: RM59 one way or RM118 return per sedan. Up to four passengers, subject to safe seating and luggage fit. Book at least 35 minutes before travel; provide flight details, city address and bag sizes. City trips use online Stripe payment. Verified payment confirms the booking; driver and vehicle details follow by email before pickup. Outside-city routes require a separate quote. Confirm the meeting point with MIXMAGO; no terminal desk or universal meet-and-greet is promised.
A city hub, not an airport counter
For a trip to MIXMAGO, use the KK Plaza unit address and tell the team whether you are storing bags or only need transport. A transfer fare does not include storage. Ensure arrival and later collection fit the hub hours. Do not send luggage unaccompanied to an airport meeting point without a separately confirmed delivery arrangement. Lot 1.17G, First Floor, KK Plaza, Jalan Lapan Belas, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Published hub hours: daily 9am–8pm, Malaysia time (UTC+8). Confirm opening and available space before travelling. Overnight storage does not include overnight collection.
Storage rates
Per item: RM15 for 1–4 hours, RM20 for 5–12 hours, RM25 for 13–24 hours. For four or more items stored 13–24 hours, RM22 per item. After 24 hours, add RM20 per item per 24 hours, prorated for extra time and rounded to the nearest sen. Maximum standard stay: seven days.
